You acknowledge that ContentCreatorsFund.com may use, modify, and distribute your content for promotional, marketing, or other business purposes.
b. Content Usage: ContentCreatorsFund.com reserves the right to use, display, and distribute the content submitted by creators on the Site, social media channels, marketing materials, and third-party platforms for promotional purposes.
Article 2: Payment Terms
a. Payment: ContentCreatorsFund.com will pay creators $240 per hour for approved content submitted to the Site. Payment will be made daily, subject to the approval of the submitted content.
b. Payment Method: Creators are responsible for providing accurate payment information (e.g., PayPal email address, bank account details) to receive payment. ContentCreatorsFund.com is not responsible for any errors or delays in payment resulting from inaccurate payment information provided by the creator.
Article 3: Creator Representations and Warranties
a. Originality: By submitting content to ContentCreatorsFund.com, creators represent and warrant that the content is original, does not infringe upon any third-party rights, and complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
b. Ownership: Creators further represent and warrant that they have the legal right and authority to grant ContentCreatorsFund.com the license to use the submitted content as outlined in these Terms.
Article 4: Indemnification / Your information
Defense: Creators agree to indemnify and hold harmless ContentCreatorsFund.com, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with any breach of these Terms or violation of any applicable laws or regulations by the creator.
If You wish to place an Order for Products available on the Service, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Order including, without limitation, your name, your email, your phone number, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.
You represent and warrant that: (i) You have the legal right to use any credit or debit card(s) or any other payment method(s) in connection with any Order; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.
By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to payment processing third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of your order.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.
